Marco's use is best known in its countries of origin. In South America, it was already known to the ancient Incas, for whom the herb was part of spiritual rituals. They used it for embalming, shamans still use it to summon their visions, and you can even find it in absinthe. They believed in its magical effect on the body and soul.Even today, the mysterious herb Marco (Ambrosia peruviana) has an important place in traditional ethnic medicine.

Description

The product is suitable for supporting joint and muscle comfort, relieving feelings of tension and discomfort, and helping to relax the body. Suitable during demanding periods associated with increased psychological stress and the need for relaxation. Supports proper regeneration of the body during excessive stress, including cases of increased alcohol consumption or smoking. It can also be used for overall respiratory system care and to maintain optimal well-being.

Dosage:

Take the tincture 30 minutes before a meal. 10-20 drops in one dose. May be taken in water or juice. Alternative: start with 5 drops and increase every two days by 5 to a final dose of 2 x 20 drops per day. Drip 20 drops, hold in the mouth for 30-60 seconds and swallow with a sip of water. For external use, it can be applied directly to the affected areas or mixed with coconut or linseed oil. For migraines, rub on the temples and behind the ears.
