Valerian tincture can also be used for menstrual pain, digestive problems, vomiting of psychological origin or migraines - it can help women with problems during menopause.

Valerian tincture can soothe pain and relieve cramps. It has a calming effect on cardiac neuroses, anxiety, palpitations and nervous exhaustion. The active substances of valerian regulate the activity of the muscular apparatus of the heart, act preventively against cardiac arrhythmia, and regulate blood pressure. Optimise the body's cognitive functions.

Small doses stimulate activity and increase concentration, while larger doses calm and soothe. Unlike "old" sleeping pills, valerian drops are not addictive.
