DOSAGE:

Liposomal Vitamin C

• Adults: 5 ml (1 g of vitamin C) = 2 teaspoons daily mixed with 2 dcl of water (1000mg of vitamin C, 1250% *RHP).
• Children from 3 years: 2.5 ml (0.5 g of vitamin C) = 1 teaspoon daily mixed with 2 dcl of water (500mg of vitamin C, 625% *RHP).

Liposomal Vitamin D3K2 + AE

• Adults: 5 ml = 2 teaspoons daily mixed with 2 dcl of water.
• Children from 3 years: 2.5 ml = 1 teaspoon daily mixed with 2 dcl of water.

You can take the vitamins one after the other, or take one product in the morning and the other in the evening. Do not exceed the daily dose!
