MORINGA

The leaves and pods of the Moringa oleifera are used as food in many cultures around the world. It was first cultivated in northern India and has also been incorporated into various religious and cultural celebrations, some of which continue to this day.

All parts of the plant are very nutritious, providing many essential nutrients including protein, beta carotene, calcium and vitamin C, and are also an excellent source of plant-based protein.
