D-Mannose with propolis can eliminate up to 90% of urinary tract or bladder infections in just two to three days! Based on clinical testing, D-Mannose is up to 50 times more effective than previously used natural cranberry-based products.

D-Mannose is not metabolised by the body, making the product suitable for diabetics. It has a beneficial effect on the symptoms of urinary tract and bladder infections. Helps flush out unwanted E-coli bacteria.

The effect is based mainly on the physical effect of D-Mannose (creates a protective layer on the walls of the urinary tract) and the bacteriostatic and anti-inflammatory effect of standardised propolis. The result is fast and effective relief without the adverse effects of antibiotics.

The most common cause of urinary tract or bladder infections is the bacterium E. coli. Conventional infection treatment requires the use of antibiotics and antimicrobial drugs and can last for several months. Clinical studies have demonstrated the ability of D-Mannose to prevent infection carriers – E. coli bacteria – from adhering to the inner wall of the kidneys, bladder, urethra and prostate, ultimately achieving their elimination through urination.

The effect of D-Mannose is enhanced by propolis, whose wide range of anti-inflammatory effects has been known since ancient Egypt. In addition, it creates a hostile environment for other undesirable microbial structures that are often found in the urological tract. The onset of the D-Mannose effect is incredibly rapid in common inflammations. In one to three days, the majority of unwanted bacteria are flushed out, followed by significant relief from pain and discomfort. Given the possibility of recurrence, it is recommended to take D-Mannose for another seven days. Because D-Mannose is not metabolised, it is also suitable for diabetics.
