HOW DOES IT WORK?
Water retains its liveliness and freshness through movement, but when it is compressed and stagnates in pipes, it loses energy and vitality, which your body needs for full hydration. Just as wine needs to breathe to bring out its best flavour, the swirling motion in the carafe restores lost vitality by introducing oxygen and balancing and alkalising the true taste and texture of your water (increasing the pH - dissolved CO2 causes a chemical reaction that increases the pH) - only 6000 times faster than a regular carafe.
