Long-term treatment

Take a teaspoon of the product every day in the morning (recommended breaks after one year of use for one week, after the second year for two weeks, etc.), on an empty stomach or mix in a drink (recommended SUPRAMEDEX PUERH tea, kombucha, water kefir, water, etc., max. temperature up to 40° C) and drink all at once or sip in sips throughout the day. Long-term use usually means at least 6 months. The maximum period of use is not limited in any way. After one year of using EXTRA+, a break of one week is possible, after two years two weeks, etc. due to the body not developing antibodies to the active substances contained in the product.
