• Mixing this extract with honey dissolves the active substances in the honey, which allows for better bioavailability of the active substances - their distribution and absorption in the body.

Thanks to this combination, the resulting product can offer more comprehensive effects.

Instructions / Dosage

The recommended daily dose is the content of a teaspoon

Long-term treatment

Take a teaspoon of the product every day in the morning (recommended breaks after one year of use for a week, after the second year for two weeks, etc.), on an empty stomach or mix in a drink (recommended PUERH tea from SUPRAMEDEX, kombucha, water kefir, water, etc., max. temperature up to 40° C) and drink at once or sip in small sips throughout the day. Long-term use usually means at least 6 months. The maximum period of use is not limited in any way. After one year of use of EXTRA, a break of one week is possible, after two years two weeks, etc. due to the fact that the body does not develop antibodies to the active substances contained in the product.
