The combination of extracts from these carefully selected mushrooms with other plants, such as hawthorn, results in a synergistic effect. Instructions / Dosage

The maximum daily dose is the content of a teaspoon.

Short-term treatment

Every day for the duration of the problems (when using the EXTRA product at the same time, alternating every week is recommended, i.e. one week EXTRA, one week OPTIMAL), take a teaspoon of the product in the morning on an empty stomach or mix in a drink (we recommend PUERH tea, kombucha, water kefir, water, etc., max. temperature up to 40° C) and drink it all at once or sip it in sips throughout the day.

• If you have heart problems, consult your doctor before using common hawthorn, as it may increase the effects of some medications!
• Do not use the OPTIMAL food supplement if you have a gastric ulcer or if you are aware of an allergy to any of the ingredients it contains.
