About Chaga
Chaga (Birch polypore, Inonotus obliquus) is a wood-decaying mushroom that grows for several years and parasitizes primarily on deciduous trees, most often on birch trees.
Chaga originates from Russian Siberia and has a long history of use, dating back 4000 years. It was used by Mesopotamians, Egyptians, and Chinese. In Russia and Siberia, chaga was not only a medicine but also part of shamanic rituals.
Chaga was also known to the native people of Japan, who brewed tea from it to treat digestive problems and stomach pain.
In the 20th century, there was significant progress in its research, its composition was revealed, and its effects began to be scientifically investigated.
Chaga is rich in bioactive substances, vitamins, and minerals. It also contains melanin and triterpene compounds betulin and betulinic acid. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, it nourishes the Liver (Gan), Heart (Xin), and Spleen (Pi) systems. It supports defensive Qi and removes toxicity (Du) from the body.

Dosage

We recommend taking it for 5 days a week and skipping 2 days.
Take the capsules on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before meals or 60 minutes after meals), drink with water or weak green tea. Dosage is reduced according to age in children.
When taking vital mushrooms, we recommend increasing your intake of vitamin C, which increases the absorption of active ingredients.
