About Oyster Mushroom

Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is a wood-decaying fungus that you can find in our forests or commonly buy in supermarkets.

This mushroom is popular not only as a food, but also as a means to promote health.

We grow our oyster mushroom on organic substrate, which consists of a mixture of husks from organic cotton seeds, organic wheat bran, cane sugar and natural gypsum. It is advisable to consult a doctor or Chinese medicine practitioner.

We recommend taking it for 5 days a week and skipping 2 days.

Take the capsules on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before meals or 60 minutes after meals), drink with water or weak green tea. Dosage is reduced according to age in children.

When taking vital mushrooms, we recommend increasing your intake of vitamin C, which increases the absorption of active ingredients. For example, in the form of Brazilian cherry extract Acerola.
