Cocoa beans – an irreplaceable base of all PRAWTEINs

The basic ingredient of PRAWTEINs are 100% natural BIO RAW fermented unroasted cocoa beans. After drying in the sun, these cocoa beans are shelled and crushed into nibs. These are then ground into a uniform mass with the other ingredients – the resulting prawtein, in the gentlest way possible to date.

The unroasted cocoa beans themselves are a significant source of not only a wide range of vitamins, minerals and valuable phytonutrients, but also high-quality cocoa butter, vegetable proteins and effective antioxidants. In addition, these high-quality cocoa beans are the best natural source of a large amount of easily digestible magnesium and the necessary organic sulphur.

Extracts from seaweed and plant buds

Prawtein is still alive

Gentle handling, 100% natural ingredients and low processing temperatures. This is a combination that allows prawtein to retain the maximum amount of vital enzymes = it is still alive.

Evidence of this vitality can also be slight enzymatic changes in texture and aroma. And yet the composition of prawteins is completely unchanged… Even in the wild, these changes are completely natural and desirable.

Every prawtein is completely safe. Naturally occurring antioxidants, a high proportion of quality fats and essential substances with preservative activity help it.

Without tempering and with a patina on the surface

To comply with the principles of RAW products, so-called tempering is omitted during production. This usually takes place at temperatures of around 47 °C and above. The cocoa butter then naturally creates relatively stable, sharp-edged crystals, and partially released fat may rise to the surface of the product = a patina is formed.

Each prawtein contains various ingredients that can colour the resulting patina into different shades. However, these are not at all detrimental.

• Beige shades – superfoods, such as Peruvian maca, carob, etc.
• Green shades – herbs (five-leaved gynostemma, dioecious nettle, etc.), or seaweed (serrated kelp, Atlantic spirulina, etc.).
• And other colour shades that vary depending on the individual types of prawteins.

Completely unique production of prawteins

BEWIT® PRAWTEIN® products meet all RAW principles – with the gentlest technology of today, we regulate the temperature of the production process so that it does not exceed 42 °C. This prevents the loss of valuable, heat-labile substances and naturally contained enzymes = we do not unnecessarily degrade the resulting product.

We have designed the composition of the prawteins themselves so that not even a pinch of stabilisers, dyes, fillers and other synthetic substances is needed. In development and production, we have drawn both on the most modern scientific findings, current scientific studies and procedures, and on the experience of our ancestors. We have also followed the principles of SPAGYRIE – perfect plant processing procedures that are normally impossible to implement.

An integral part are also the unique LIGHT ESSENCE and GOLD ESSENCE elements, in the production of which we use 24k gold. However, the exact production procedures are a trade secret of BEWIT®.

Dosage

3× daily 1–2 espresso spoons. The bottle neck has been designed so that a spoon larger than an espresso spoon cannot pass through it.
