Earthing Elite™ Sleep Mats are made from a completely new patented earthing material that is the culmination of two decades of research and development. It is 100% conductive, easy to clean and very durable.

Comparison with the previous sleep mat:
Softer material: More comfortable compared to our previous sleep mat material.
Thinner material: The Elite™ is approximately half the thickness of the previous carbon sleep mat. Therefore, it will not retain heat and you will sleep more comfortably.
More sanitary: The hypoallergenic nature of carbon helps fight allergens in your bed. Without perforation, these covers not only ground you, but also create a physical shield against dust and mites living in your mattress.
Easier cleaning: The non-perforated surface wipes clean more easily.
More durable: We have been testing these products for over 5 years and they are just as conductive and defect-free as they were at the beginning.

Do you place the sleeping pad over or under the sheet? Both are possible! Direct skin contact is always best, so it is ideal to place the sleeping pad on the sheet. However, the sleep mat is designed to earth you 100%, even when placed under a sheet.
