The strong and durable grounding floor mat is ideal for office spaces, kitchens and living rooms, or even pilates studios. The natural rubber base creates a comfortable foundation ideal for long (or short) periods of standing and sitting. Its versatile design easily transitions you from an exercise class to your next Zoom call. Easy to clean and fully grounded, this floor mat allows you to ground while cooking, lifting weights, texting, and spending time with friends and family.

Materials:
The earthing floor mat consists of two important layers.
TOP LAYER: The smooth, conductive layer of the floor mat is made of polyurethane (PU) infused with conductive carbon. This is the side you will be in contact with to be earthed.
PU: Leather items made of PU do not contain vinyl or phthalates. PU helps absorb moisture during exercise or standing, so it doesn't slip.
Carbon: Carbon is the second most abundant element in the human body after oxygen and conducts earth electrons. The floor mat is naturally flame retardant without the need to add harsh chemicals.
BOTTOM LAYER: The adhesive bottom, non-conductive layer is made of natural rubber. It provides a textured grip to the floor for stability and cushioning for comfort when standing or sitting on the floor.

Note: Due to the nature of natural rubber, this mat may have a slight rubber odour that will dissipate over time. If you want to speed up the process, you can place the mat in the sun for a few hours.

CONTAINS LATEX: If you have a rubber or latex allergy, avoid contact with this product as it contains 25% natural rubber.

Instructions for use:

1\/ Test your socket (with a tester), for conditions in the Czech Republic it is necessary that only the left indicator light or all three light up. If a different combination of indicator lights is lit on the tester, you cannot use the socket because it is not properly grounded.

2/ Plug the safety adapter (supplied) into an earthed socket.

3/ Connect the banana plug of the earthing cable. Firmly push the banana plug of the cable into the safety adapter. Clip the other end of the cable onto the earthing mat.

4/ Place the mat on the floor in the area you choose.

Smooth side up, textured side down.
Ideas for use: Office, under your desk for standing or sitting (yes, you can put a chair on it!); Kitchen, where you wash dishes or prepare food; Living room, where you can sit or put your feet up while playing games or watching TV; Bathroom, in front of the sink, laundry room, for standing while folding laundry; Gym, pilates, yoga, stretching or weightlifting. It's the perfect floor mat for relaxation and for pets!

We recommend no more than one layer of fabric (cotton, bamboo or a polycotton blend) between you and the floor mat. Direct contact is always best. Pets must have direct contact due to their fur.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
If you would like to add a little soap to the damp cloth for a deeper clean, it must not contain essential oils, bleach, and oxygenating agents.
Air dry. Make sure the floor mat is dry before rolling it up.
Do not attempt to put the mat in the washing machine or dryer.
After applying lotions, creams and body oils, wait one hour before contact with the mat. This can then oxidise and damage the conductivity.
