Numerous studies have shown that earthing can provide effective relief from chronic inflammation and pain. Earthing the whole body has beneficial effects, but it turns out that if earthing is applied directlyto the site of inflammation or pain, relief comes faster.

The patches measure 50 mm x 25 mm, similar to electrode patches ECG / ECG commonly used by doctors for health tests. Although they are sold as disposable, each patch can be re used several times if you carefully peel it off and place it on a plastic backing.
