The set includes everything you need for use:

The mat has a connector on the edge to which the grounding cable is connected.
Double bed mat size:
- 138 cm x 183 cm – which should fit most double mattresses (for wider double beds it does not matter if it does not reach the edge, a few uncovered centimetres on the edge are not essential for grounding most of the body area)

With our new sleeping pads, you can now sleep grounded much more easily.
Grounded sleep is now much easier thanks to the new leatherette grounding. The effect of grounding the body has been proven by research to reduce inflammation, pain, stress and generate a greater sense of well-being. At the same time, you can enjoy a deeper and more refreshing sleep.
Our new earthing sleeping mats come in two sizes, single and double, both mats are designed to be usable for most beds. The sleeping pad is made of soft, 100% ecological conductive carbon leatherette that is pleasant to the skin, breathable and almost unnoticeable under your regular bed sheet.
What's great about sleeping pads is that they don't require any washing, just wipe them regularly with warm water or mild soap and you can still use fabric bedding – sheets that you are used to. Now you can sleep grounded effortlessly.
The conductive side of the pad is smooth, made of a leather-like material and should be placed face up directly under your regular sheet. Use the mat straps to ensure the stability of the mat on the mattress and connect to the grounding pin in your home using the grounding cable.
The size of the double bed grounding sleeping pad is 54" x 72" or 138 cm x 183 cm and is designed for two people to cover the entire body.
The single bed sleeping mat measures 27 x 72 inches or 68.58 cm x 182.88 cm and is designed for one person to cover the entire body if placed vertically on the mattress, or for use at the bottom of a double bed, horizontally for two people.

HOW does the pad work WITHOUT direct skin contact?
People who have previously used our earthing sheets, where you needed to sleep in direct contact with the skin and sheet, ask: "How does it work when the pad is not in contact with the skin?"
When you go to bed, the skin on your body will slightly moisten/sweat depending on your individual constitution and circumstances. This moisture acts as a natural conductor, allowing electrons to flow to you from the earthing mat through the sheet fabric. The thicker your pyjamas, the longer it may take.
You can test the conductivity using a Conductivity Tester (one of our products) or a multimeter. When the green light comes on, you know that electrons are flowing. The rate of electron flow can also be slowed down if you are dehydrated or have oils and creams on your skin. If you sweat a lot, the flow of electrons should be much faster because earthing loves moisture.
