Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods by HEALTH HARMONY s.r.o. through the online store at www.zapper-centrum.cz.

2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of all purchase contracts concluded between the Seller and the Buyer via the Online Store.
The Buyer agrees that only the Czech version is legally binding. English translations are provided for informational purposes only.
3. User Account
The Buyer may create a user account in order to place orders. Orders may also be placed without registration.
The Buyer is responsible for keeping login details confidential.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel inactive accounts.
4. Personal Data Protection
All personal data are processed in accordance with Czech and EU legislation.
The following data may be processed:
- Name and surname
- Address and delivery address
- Email and phone number
- Company ID and Tax ID
- Purchase history
Personal data are used exclusively for contract fulfillment and marketing purposes.
5. Conclusion of the Contract
The presentation of goods in the Online Store does not constitute a binding offer.
The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the order by the Seller.
The Buyer confirms acceptance of these Terms before submitting an order.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices are final and include VAT.
Available payment methods:
- Cash at branch offices
- Cash on delivery
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
Payment cards are not accepted at branch offices.
7. Delivery
Delivery is available within the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Orders over CZK 10,000 are delivered free of charge.
Delivery methods:
- GLS Courier
- Czech Post
- Personal delivery
The Buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt.
8. Withdrawal from Contract
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
Withdrawal must be submitted in writing via email or post.
The Buyer bears the costs of returning goods.
Opened food supplements cannot be returned.
9. Liability for Defects
The warranty period is 24 months.
If a defect appears within 6 months, it is presumed to have existed upon delivery.
The Buyer may request repair, replacement, or refund.
10. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by Czech law.
Disputes are resolved by competent Czech courts.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
These Terms are valid from 28 June 2024.
