Alkalot pH+

Alkalot pH+ is a specially developed food supplement for alkalisation - i.e. the elimination of an acidic environment in the body. FFavourably improves vitality and regeneration, positively counteracts fatigue.

Contains a balanced ratio of minerals in the form of citrate salts. Acidification of the body, for example by an unsuitable diet, intensive stress, stress is not beneficial for the body, quite the opposite. Our original blend composition is unique and beneficial effects occur approximately 10 - 14 days after application of Alkalot pH+.

This product neutralises the acidified organism, alkalises and shifts the pH of the urine to an alkaline environment, delays fatigue, improves the regeneration of the organism and generally increases vitality. From the point of view of sports support, intensive stress, our product has an irreplaceable place. During significant physical exertion, lactic acid is produced in the muscles, therefore it is advisable to use our blend before exertion to facilitate faster neutralisation. Some medications with a similar base and composition are used for chemolysis (dissolution) of uric acid stones. This is because the urine becomes alkaline, and the solubility of uric acid at pH 6.8 is approximately 1000 times higher than in acidic urine at pH 5.

This blend is enriched with dextrose as a mild energy source.

Potassium is essential for muscle activity. It is an activator of phosphorylation enzymes (ATP). It affects the acid-base balance of cells and is the main cation of intracellular fluid.

Sodium: The main function of the sodium ion is to maintain the osmolality of body fluids and is the main cation of the extracellular space.

Magnesium is an activator of many enzymes, affecting the synthesis of proteins and nucleic acids. Magnesium ensures the normal function of the nervous system and is important for muscle function. Together with potassium, it regulates the permeability of the cell wall.

Calcium is a component of bones and teeth, is essential for neuromuscular excitability, and necessary for blood clotting. Calcium affects the permeability of membranes and capillary walls.

Contains artificial sweeteners: sucralose and dextrose.

Alkalot pH+ composition:

Our mixture is suitable for all types of sports where significant acidification of the body occurs, with higher protein intake, during reduction diets and physical exhaustion.

TIP! It is very suitable to use this product in the first phase of deacidification, when we need the alkalization to take place as quickly as possible.

Recommendation: Based on our experience, we recommend using it in combination with the product Rovnováha. Use Alkalot pH+ for deacidification in the first phase of the treatment (no more than 3 months) and then switch to the Rovnováha product for longer-term results.

• Morning: Dissolve 7.5 g of the mixture thoroughly in 500 - 700 ml of water and drink over 1.5 - 2 hours.
• Afternoon: Between 4 - 6 PM, dissolve 7.5 g of the mixture in 500 - 700 ml of water or apply 3.75 g - 5 g of the mixture in 300 - 400 ml of water and drink 50 - 60 minutes before intense exercise.

During intense exercise, prepare a solution of 5 g of the mixture in 400 - 600 ml of water and gradually consume the solution.

Check with a pH strip to see if your urine is alkaline or not, and adjust your daily intake and amount of mixture accordingly. It is advisable to keep the urine pH between 6.7 - 7. More than 7 is strictly not recommended! Adjust the dosage according to the results.

The maximum permitted daily dose is 15 g of the mixture!
