Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a non-toxic and safe sulphur compound, known for its bioavailability and slow elimination from the body, with a biological half-life of around 120 hours. It is mainly used in food supplements aimed at joint problems, but its positive effects extend far beyond this area.

MSM helps to eliminate headaches, relieves back and muscle pain, and has anti-inflammatory effects, while dilating blood vessels. It reduces the occurrence of muscle cramps, promotes cartilage regeneration and formation, and exhibits significant antiparasitic effects, especially in the digestive tract, where it eliminates yeast and contributes to the relief of constipation.

Further benefits of MSM include the suppression of allergies, softening of the skin, strengthening of hair and nail structure, and its use in the treatment of burns, candidiasis and acne. It increases energy flow and strengthens the immune system, while helping to maintain acid-base balance.

If too high a dose of MSM is taken at once, minor digestive problems or diarrhoea may occur, which is no reason to discontinue use. It is recommended to start with lower doses and gradually increase them as needed. Dividing the recommended daily dose into smaller, more frequent doses may be beneficial for some users. It is important to listen to your body, which will provide signals about the needs of the body.

Long-term use: 1-6 capsules 1-3 times a day after meals, also possible on an empty stomach, drink plenty of fluids.
