Food supplement with a unique composition of magnesium and B vitamins. Ingredients: magnesium lactate - organic magnesium 450 mg, vit B6 - pyridoxine 30 mg, vit. B2 - riboflavin 5 mg, vit. B9 - folic acid 400 μg, B12 - cyanocobalamin 250 μg with high biological activity = 100% pure, without additives (dyes, preservatives/anti-caking agents, etc.).

Dosage: 1 capsule 20 min before breakfast. For the proper functioning of the body, 1 capsule every other day - 30 min. Homocysteine 2-month treatment is suitable: (1x per year) 1 capsule daily 30 min before meals.
