How to use the product:

Brush your teeth thoroughly at least twice a day, or even better after each meal, if time permits, unless you have other instructions from your dentist or doctor. For children under 6 years: use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and supervise their brushing habits to reduce swallowing of the product.
Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age: consult a dentist or your doctor if fluoride is being taken from other sources. Contains sodium monofluorophosphate.
