Contraindications: Given that the effects of chestnut have not been thoroughly investigated, it should not be used by children, pregnant and breastfeeding women, and people with kidney or liver disease. Chestnut is usually administered long-term, but because it is toxic in larger doses and affects adrenal function, it is advisable to interrupt treatment for 5 weeks after 2 months.

After shaking, take 1 drop internally per 1 kg of body weight per day. Divide the total number into two parts, take in the morning and evening, away from food. Drink with water.
External use: drip 10-20 drops into the palm of your hand and massage thoroughly 3 times a day into the painful joint, muscle, swelling, etc.
