B-complex balance is designed to prevent asymmetry in the dosage of the main components.

B-complex balance should only be taken at noon with or shortly before a meal.

Dosage: 2 capsules at noon with or before a meal.

Recommendation: It is good to combine the product with Zdar 20 B-complex antihomocysteine - 2x daily 1 - 3 capsules with breakfast and dinner.
